1. Services

We offer custom solutions including but not limited to:

• Web Development

• SaaS and Cloud Solutions

• IT Consulting and Security Services

All services will be delivered based on the scope agreed upon in project proposals, contracts, or email communications.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback

• Supply all necessary assets (text, logos, media, credentials)

• Ensure proper communication during project execution

• Respect agreed payment terms

3. Payments & Refunds

• All project pricing is agreed upon before the start of development.

• A deposit or milestone-based payment system may apply.

• Payments are non-refundable once a milestone is completed or work is delivered.

• We reserve the right to suspend work in case of non-payment or delayed dues.

4. Intellectual Property

• All custom code, designs, and digital assets developed for the client will become their property after full payment is received.

• We may use snippets or screenshots of work in our portfolio unless the client requests NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) in advance.

5. Project Timelines

• Timelines are discussed and estimated based on scope and complexity.

• Delays caused due to incomplete input or approvals from the client are not our responsibility.

• Any scope changes during development may affect the original delivery timeline and cost.

6. Warranty & Support

• A post-delivery support window of [X days/weeks] is provided for fixing any bugs.

• Ongoing support, maintenance, or updates are subject to separate agreements or retainers.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client data, documents, and ideas as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without consent, unless legally required.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data or revenue

• Delays caused by third-party tools, APIs, or services used in the project

Use of our services is at your own risk and subject to your understanding of associated technical dependencies.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project or service by providing written notice. In such cases:

• Work completed until the termination date will be invoiced.

• Any unused deposit will be refunded if applicable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United State.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
